Make sure everyone pays and registers before they dance.

Before You Let Someone In

• Check if they've signed waiver/paid

  • Pre-Reg List with nothing "Required"? Check off.
  • Not on the list OR Pre-Reg List with "Required" item
    • Direct to swingviolation.com/checkin for waiver or payment
  • Volunteers (door/setup/strike/manager) and staff get in free.
• Stamp their hand — This proves they're cleared if they step out
• Orient them (if they're new) — tell folks about cubbies, bathrooms, classrooms/dances, venue map.

Good to Know

• No cash. Payment is Venmo/Paypal only
• Volunteer schedule is at the door — see who relieves you and emergency contacts
